 The Epirotes, due to the relief of the area and their occupation with farming that occupied them many hours away from their homes, adapted their diet in such a way that they can transport their food to the mountainous landscape without trouble. They have turned almost all kinds of food into pies! (Meat pies, chicken, cheese pies, pies, fishmeal, pasta, milk pies, trachanopita). We chose three of the most characteristic pies of Epirus. Try them!
